To return or exchange a product, defective or not, please follow the instructions below:
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
All returns will be determined on an individual basis.
Restocking and/or other fees may apply.
Special Order/ Custom Made items are usually not exchangeable or returnable.
Please include the following information:
Your Name, Addrress, Phone Number
Name of Product and Size,
Order Number (invoice number/sales receipt number) if possible.
Indicate the specific problem you have encountered, ie. manufacturing defect, wrong size or product, missing grommet, etc.
You will be contacted within 2 business days.
**Products returned without authorization will not be accepted-credit will not be issued.**
Shipping charges are refundable IF we shipped you a wrong item or one determined to have a manufacturing defective; in which case WE APOLOGISE. You have the option of a refund, gift certificate, or replacement free of charge with reimburse for your return shipping providing you ship as requested. We can not reimburse for overnight, express or otherwise unnecessary shipping expense.
**Products returned without authorization will not be accepted and credit will not be issued.**
If you are simply requesting an exchange for a different product or size, we do not cover return shipping expense. Any price difference and reshipment cost must be made prior to shipping.
If seeking a simple exchange the merchandise should be in original purchase condition with original packaging, please include the receipt/invoice/or packing slip (make a copy to keep for your own records).
Correct item shipped/non-defective Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
